Until this year I was not very sure what the blue light blocking glasses were but I have spent 20 years in front of a computer monitor. The head aches and pains and heaviness in your eyes was all something I felt were part of normal tiredness working. Once my friend suggested to use these glasses and this has changed my perspective. If you notice you can see the tinge of shade in the glasses too but they are pretty transparent and what a relief they have been. My eye soreness, head ache have reduced quite a bit in the past few days. I am sleeping better too. Definitely a great buy and something you should consider looking towards if you are in front of a computer of screen for long time in a day.

Recently had an increase in screen time during the pandemic and bought these glasses in order to prevent some of the harmful blue light coming from devices. This product had all I needed as the glasses are very comfortable to wear (they are lightweight and flexible while still managing to sit on your face nice and securely). Furthermore, if you are doubtful about the reliability of the product for protecting against harmful blue light that could be damaging to your eyes, the product comes with a blue light tester so you can test to see that it is effective for what it claims to do.

I like the glasses because it is cheap as I want haha. Had a $90 glass which I broke twice after buying. This time I came for a cheaper product. This is similar to what I had bought for 90 bucks. This is good for my eyes since I work around computer all day. I’d recommend everyone use blue light blockers. Makes sleep better and less eye strain.

I love the way these glasses look, very clean lines and small frame. They really help keep down my eye strain and headaches when I spend long days in front of a Computer. I bought a second pair to keep in my home office.
