I’m a nurse so I unfortunately spend a lot of time looking at computer screens while charting and working under glaring fluorescent lights. I often get headaches by the end of my shift even though my vision is just fine. One our doctors recommended getting the blue light blocking glasses and they make a huge difference! You barely notice the slight tinted hue and I find myself squinting less when looking at the computer screens. I’ve had them for almost two weeks now and no headaches! Also one of our ophthalmologists at my hospital told us they can help prevent retinal deterioration from long term screen use. I can’t recommend these enough!
Not the most fashionable looking glasses but I was needing them to serve a purpose – blocking blue light. And they really seem to. I am surprised how much better I actually feel when I wear them while working on a computer. I have worked at a computer for almost 15 years and I think it finally was taking a toll on me. For the last couple years I would headaches and my vision would get blurry after staring at a screen for so long. This has essentially completely eliminated the stress on my eyes. I use these in conjunction with f.lux (however there are often times at work when I have to turn off f.lux to get my work done) and it has been amazing.
It helps me wind down instead of the blue light coming through keeping my eyes alert.They are a matte finish versus a shiny and I love them!Blue Light Blocking Glasses!They fit perfect and I notice a bit of a difference in clarity and my eyes don’t hurt while wearing them.They work great! My eyes don’t hurt nearly as much staring at my computer all day at work.
Although these glasses fit me well but it does not convince me and nothing has to do with the quality of the product is what it says in the description but my recommendation is to take into account bridge widht so that they fit well in your nose obvious everything depends on the nose you have but I like fit better in my nose. This is my friend I gave to her!
